With decades of experience in exercise and wellness, I've learned that mechanics and form are fundamental to achieving results. As Michelangelo said, "I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free," I aim to help you reveal your best self by prioritizing proper form.
I've explored various exercise forms—dance, weightlifting, running, pickleball, yoga, boot camps, Pilates, hiking, and more—always emphasizing the basic foundational principles. This approach has kept me injury-free and is central to my training philosophy.
With 15 years of operating a beach boot camp and designing specialized exercise programs for stroke, brain injury, and Parkinson’s patients, I bring a wealth of expertise. My background in pre-med anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and 13 years as a massage therapist enhance my ability to guide you effectively.
